Customer Care Policy
We offer a 7 Day Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Items must be in brand new condition, never worn or washed for us to accept the return/exchange.
You pay to return it; we pay to send the exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on "Change of Mind."
We only accept size exchanges. We do not accept exchanges for other designs / different items.
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
99% of orders are sent to you within 3-5 days of payment.
All products are shipped from Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
Most times you will receive your order within 7-10 business days after we receive your order. We will include a shipping notification with tracking information when your order is out for delivery, but we cannot guarantee the delivery time frame if the post office has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs, or other conditions. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.
If you live within 5 miles, we will hand deliver your order with no charge,
as long as you select the free local delivery option at checkout.
We are not responsible for shipping costs within the 5 mile local delivery zone if the option was not selected.
